Die Gesellschaft für Systems Engineering (GfSE) ist eine führende deutsche Fachgesellschaft, die sich auf die Förderung und Anwendung von Systems Engineering spezialisiert hat. Wir bieten ein dynamisches Forum für den Wissensaustausch, die Entwicklung von Best Practices und die Zusammenarbeit von Experten im Bereich Systems Engineering. Mit einer Vielzahl von Fachveranstaltungen und Initiativen tragen wir zur Weiterentwicklung und Vernetzung der Community im Bereich Systems Engineering bei.

Zur Unterstützung unseres Teams suchen wir eine engagierte Person im Bereich Marketing, die unsere Aktivitäten mit Kreativität und Organisationstalent vorantreibt. Die Stelle kann flexibel in Teilzeit, in Vollzeit oder auf Minijob-Basis, ausgefüllt werden.

Was Du bei uns tust:

  • Pflege und Weiterentwicklung unserer Social Media Präsenz (insbesondere LinkedIn)
  • Weiterentwicklung, Betreuung und Pflege unserer Website
  • Eigenständige Erstellung von Newslettern und Präsentationen
  • Content-Erstellung für interne und externe Kommunikationskanäle
  • Unterstützung bei der Organisation, Durchführung und Nachbereitung von Fachveranstaltungen und Netzwerktreffen
  • Unterstützung bei administrativen Aufgaben im Bereich Marketing und Kommunikation

Was Du mitbringst:

  • Du hast idealerweise Erfahrung oder ein Studium im Bereich Marketing, Eventmanagement, Medien- oder Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Technisches Management, Technische Dokumentation oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil, da eine Zusammenarbeit mit dem internationalen Marketing-Team (INCOSE) angestrebt ist
  • Organisationsgeschick, Motivation und eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten
  • Erfahrungen mit Content-Management-Systemen (z.B. Joomla, WordPress), MS Office, sowie Grafikprogrammen (wie z.B. Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Canva)

Your Responsibilities:

  • You make impact: Utilize your systems engineering expertise to systematically analyze, understand, and decompose complex hardware and software systems within power grids. Conduct industrial research to enhance their techno-economic performance and ecological footprint over the entire lifecycle.
  • You investigate: Develop a holistic understanding of diverse and interdependent aspects (e.g. technical, economical, ecological, regulatory) of complex systems and their operating ecosystems. Clearly understand and scope the problem within system boundaries that are immutable.
  • You take initiative: Collaborate with a global and inter-disciplinary team of researchers and engineers in Hitachi Energy Research and Business Units to break down complex problems, identify stakeholders, and determine the correct approach and expertise needed for each subproblem. Identify and solve real-world problems and realize opportunities for further improvements.
  • You connect: Build relationships within the company and actively share your knowledge and expertise. Interact with local and global external partners including universities, start-ups, and vendors to integrate diverse perspectives and stakeholder inputs.
  • You communicate: Disseminate your results in scientific publications, patent applications, and technical reports.

Your background:

  • PhD in Systems Engineering or related technical field
  • Proven expertise in applying systems engineering principles to complex systems, including requirements engineering, interdisciplinary collaboration, and managing projects with diverse stakeholders. Skilled in identifying stakeholders, scoping problems, and breaking them into solvable subproblems.
  • Strong skills in developing and applying methods to drive structured and informed decisions, including ROI/NPV analysis, dependency graphs, and matrices.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, team player attitude, initiative and creativity

Senior Consultant Systems Engineering (w/m/d)
