- Experienced management consultant or 3-5 years of relevant work experience in the industry
- First entrepreneurial responsibility as part of your past role(s)
- Very good German and English language skills
- Strong communication skills, structured work, ability to work in a team and social skills characterise you
- High customer orientation and willingness to travel (four to five days per week, with a team day in Lüneburg and occasional trips abroad)
