Tasks
- Development of complete systems (shipbuilding, aerospace and automotive)
- Developing an understanding of customer challenges and solution strategies
- Development of new consulting models
- Full responsibility for challenging customer projects and team leadership

- Co-creation of corporate strategies and realisation of customer trainings
Profile
- Completed studies in computer science, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics or a similar field (M.Sc., Diploma or Dr.)
- Experienced management consultant or 3-5 years of relevant work experience in the industry
- First entrepreneurial responsibility as part of your past role(s)
- Very good German and English language skills
- Strong communication skills, structured work, ability to work in a team and social skills characterise you
- High customer orientation and willingness to travel (four to five days per week, with a team day in Lüneburg and occasional trips abroad)
