Modelling and Simulation

Developing complex products is a difficult task in terms of cost, quality and time. Wrong decisions, and thus faulty system specifications, could lead to quality issues, project delays and rising costs.

Here, modelling and simulation can be beneficially used in nearly every stage of a modern development process. Modelling and simulation can strongly support the product definition and specification phase to prove the correct system behavior without a physical prototype and further reduce specification errors to avoid cost and time intensive correction loops.
Furthermore, it is well established in the verification and validation phases in terms of Model-in-the-Loop, Software-in-the-Loop and Hardware-in-the-Loop testing.
