Tasks:
- Together with us and our customers, you will develop complete systems (hardware and software) in the shipbuilding, aerospace and automotive sectors.
- In close cooperation with our customers, you will develop an understanding of their challenges and solution strategies in order to transform potential into performance.
- You will help our customers (industrial companies) to find solutions, especially in the areas of requirements management and requirements engineering, system architectures, analysis, design and integration, derivation of optimization potentials and recommendations for action.
- You will be involved in the development of new consulting models.
- You will assume full responsibility for a challenging customer project and lead the project team.
- You will develop methods and tools for system development in a targeted manner.
- You will conduct systems engineering training sessions for customers.
- You will act in a sales capacity within the scope of the customer order.
Profile:
- You have a degree (M.Sc., diploma or doctorate) in computer science, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics or a comparable field of study.
- You have several years of professional experience in systems engineering, preferably also in PLM, in an industrial company.
- You are familiar with the V-model and agile methods.
- You have experience in programming and databases.
- You have very good written and spoken German and English skills.
- You are characterized by strong communication skills, structured work, the ability to work in a team and social skills.
- You are highly customer-oriented and willing to travel (four to five days a week and usually one team day in Lüneburg). Occasional trips abroad are also a welcome change for you.
- You are not afraid of the unknown and love new challenges.
